Hey, you, Pikachu!
The titular N64 title came bundled with the microphone accessory you see before you. Players would be able to give Pikachu voice commands, which he would then perform in-game. The technology behind this title would later then be built into the DS.

I don't remeber the head set coming with the Hey You Pikachu when I got it. I think I got something similar the did with the Gamecube with a little thing the popped onto the controller to hold the microphone. Is the shot from a different Region?
