Yes, Mario is keen on both ancient civilizations and the interpretation of artifacts. Well, at least when they are in the form of picture logic puzzles. It's never been clear how exactly this is Mario's Picross, the implication being ownership and/or endorsement, but you might as well buy it anyway because, OMG, it's a Mario game. Here is the closest Mario has ever come to joining the ranks of detective legends like Indiana Jones and Professor Layton.

But could Mario solve an 80-picarat brain-buster about rearranging matchsticks in the streets of St. Mystere? With all of those hint coins he's collected over the years, we think it's a good chance.
