Distinguishing Characteristics--
Easy. Just look for the massive 'fro the color of toilet bowl cleaner. If you can't discern him from his hair, you will be sure to hear his earth-shattering footfalls. When Ludwig moves, the ground shakes harder than Wario holding a bag of coins.

The Decade between 1993-2003 --
To unnecessarily relate Ludwig von Koopa and Ludwig Beethoven even further (yeah, that Beethoven), it has been said that Ludwig von Koopa composes "Koopa symphonies" in his spare time, whatever those are (hopefully something like this). We suspect he busied himself with this task during his leave from plumber-thwarting.
