Mario Golf (Game Boy Color, 1999)

Unlike its N64 sibling of the same name which was released earlier in 1999, this game was acclaimed for its RPG-style adventure on top of its already excellent golf gameplay mechanics. It features some connectivity with the N64 Mario Golf, but it is generally held to be the better of the two in every department except graphics. Unless you prefer playing on a TV.
