Kid Icarus

Kid Icarus is another name that's been bandied about as a candidate for a "new" franchise. We're just hoping Man Icarus doesn't show up.

Why it's likely: There are some people who consider Kid Icarus to be as much a lock as Animal Crossing at this year's show.

Why we might not see it: With all of the announcements we're anticipating from Nintendo, one or two might get held back -- like this one -- but we doubt it.

Prediction: Likely.
