VC in Brief: Wonder Boy III (SMS) and Cybernoid (C64)

This week's Virtual Console update is quite the doozie, giving us one obscure C64 title and one game we've played a billion times. We don't mean to sound bitter, but we're pretty sure there's a baker's dozen Wonder Boy games littering the lands of the Virtual Console. Check 'em out above!

Cybernoid is hardly obscure, it was a really popular game on the C64 and almost everyone that had one played it.

Granted. I misspoke in the video and, well, it's kinda hard to edit it now. My mistake shall remain for all to hear from now until eternity.

I'd hate to be so overwhelmed by Wonder Boy and its ilk that I'd frown at the chance to play Dragon's Trap. Favorite game in the series, might be my first VC purchase since Zanac.

Bah, Wonder Boy 3 has been on the VC for months.

As A TurboGrafx title.

Called "The Dragon's Curse".

Got some-o'-them there improvemorated musics and visual bits, too!
