Yes, whenever I exercise I am active.
jrburke99 @ Nov 5th 2009 7:34PM
I used to fence and go to the gym, but not in the last year since I moved.
Mark @ Nov 5th 2009 10:24AM
I walk two hours a day going to and from class and the library. If that doesn't count, then no.
James @ Nov 5th 2009 10:25AM
I like to go for walks but lack motivation for anything more active.
Drayain @ Nov 5th 2009 10:27AM
Nope. Not at all.
David Graham @ Nov 5th 2009 10:31AM
Running is my favorite right now.
Aaron @ Nov 5th 2009 10:36AM
i've been slacking, but this would be a good incentive not to!
BlueXArmed @ Nov 5th 2009 10:35AM
I play racketball.
CaptainOlimar @ Nov 5th 2009 10:37AM
I don't exercise that often. Although I should!
Stix Remix @ Nov 5th 2009 10:40AM
I like to run, though I'm hard pressed to find the time to do so. :l
wiiJunkie @ Nov 5th 2009 10:42AM
I exercise every day. I get up from the couch... grab the remote (or wiimote)... sit back on the couch. That has to burn at LEAST 1,000,000 calories!
sorensilk @ Nov 5th 2009 10:43AM
I jog 2-3 times a week. I do this for 2-3 weeks then I stop for 2-3 weeks. So I guess I'm an on-again / off-again exerciser. Also, I like things that come in 2-3's apparently.
hvnlysoldr @ Nov 5th 2009 10:43AM
I'm afraid not.
Nathan @ Nov 5th 2009 10:43AM
Just started back working out
Kwad @ Nov 5th 2009 11:03AM
Just started back up again a couple weeks ago, I've been pretty consistent so far
aceofclubs23 @ Nov 5th 2009 10:45AM
If chasing a 2 year old around the house counts as exercise, then yes. Otherwise, not regularly, which is something my wife and I are planning to change soon.
GohanGVO @ Nov 5th 2009 10:45AM
I actively work out my index finger via button reps.
andrewmoore86 @ Nov 5th 2009 10:46AM
I'm a fat slob.
RT @ Nov 5th 2009 10:47AM
I do actively work out, if working out includes walking to my classes...
mdisloki @ Nov 5th 2009 10:56AM
No, I have not been actively exercising. :(
oldgamer @ Nov 5th 2009 10:54AM
Now that I'm 40, I've noticed that many of the things I could get away with when I was younger now have rather interesting side effects. At 20, I could eat pretty much whatever I wanted without worrying about it. Now, I just have to look at a piece of cake, and I gain a pound or two.
So, I've come to learn the importance of daily exercise. I do try to actively work out every day, which includes an hour of fast walking, and about 30 minutes of weights.
I'll also used the Wii fit as an additional source of exercise. It doesn't replace the real thing, but it really is a good way to add on to what you already do.
ProfWho @ Nov 5th 2009 10:54AM
I do not
greennoo @ Nov 5th 2009 10:55AM
I try to work out whenever I have the time.
melvin2898 @ Nov 6th 2009 1:11PM
I like to run for two hours.
kingofwaldos @ Nov 5th 2009 11:03AM
I don't work out to work out. I do stuff that is a workout.
UTSquishy @ Nov 5th 2009 11:06AM
I did Wii Fit for a Year—Lost 20 Lbs, then my hip started to hurt—eventually stopped, and I've put it all back on.
Knema007 @ Nov 5th 2009 11:06AM
Yes, I actively work out.
Ayumin @ Nov 5th 2009 11:10AM
I exercise daily. I have a lot of weight to lose and I'm proud to say that I've been doing just that for 3 months as of yesterday :D
Geoff @ Nov 5th 2009 11:20AM
Yes, I run 5km every day.
Rick @ Nov 5th 2009 11:15AM
Not right now, sadly.
Deona @ Nov 5th 2009 11:20AM
I work out once in a while
Adam @ Nov 5th 2009 11:20AM
Not enough
Jeff @ Nov 7th 2009 5:07PM
Not anymore
Jared Greenwald @ Nov 5th 2009 11:24AM
I have barely any time to think during the day let alone exercise. Maybe I can squeeze it in after midnight...
Paper @ Nov 5th 2009 11:27AM
I do t'ai chi every morning for an hour to and hour and a half and I workout at least 2 times a week but I try and always make it 3.
yomamma @ Nov 5th 2009 11:41AM
Yep, I do me some muscle-building stuff.
Meowser01 @ Nov 5th 2009 11:29AM
Every so often I get into a fitness thing where I get into a workout frenzy!
Brian @ Nov 5th 2009 11:31AM
Kinda? Does that count as regular?
Sstavix @ Nov 5th 2009 11:43AM
Semi-regularly. If I'm not too exhausted or too busy, I try to get a half hour in (at least) on Wii Fit a night. It depends on how active my normal day has been (e.g. chopping firewood, feeding animals, etc.)
BryanKinkel @ Nov 5th 2009 11:44AM
three times a week
Arex @ Nov 5th 2009 11:48AM
It depends on how you define "actively" and "exercise," but yes.
microe112k @ Nov 5th 2009 11:51AM
I regularly ride my bike to and from work. That is most of the exercise I get.
kkbass @ Nov 5th 2009 11:51AM
Unfortunately I work so much I am not active...gone from a marathon runner to nothing... *sigh*
Fryguy @ Nov 5th 2009 11:52AM
Nope.
Chris Saldanha @ Nov 5th 2009 11:54AM
Yup, doin' the gym thing these days, and sometimes EA Sports Active when I don't want to go out. Use the Wii Fit sometimes, but mostly for the games, not so much for a workout. My littlest daughter loves the Yoga...
al @ Nov 5th 2009 11:55AM
I lift weights but i keep going on and off. My head is getting round
WhatIsThatThing @ Nov 5th 2009 11:56AM
I try to exercise, but more often than not I end up doing something stupid instead.
I play Rock Band drums sometimes though, which seems to work up a sweat.
Suz @ Nov 5th 2009 11:57AM
Three times a week I hit the gym
Scout650 @ Nov 5th 2009 11:58AM
I exercise at least 5 days a week.
Randy Burch @ Nov 5th 2009 11:58AM
Does jumping to conclusions and dodging responsibility count?
