Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil Zeroes in on Dec. 1

We assume the December release is entirely a marketing decision, as there is already a localization of Resident Evil Zero, made for the identical GameCube game, which means it probably didn't take too long to prepare this, which adds controller support for the Wiimote/Nunchuk and Classic Controller, for North America.

That's pretty cheap, considering the amazing voice acting put into the game.

Unlike Oblivion or Fallout 3.
I am thoroughly enjoying both games, however the voice acting is atrocious. LOL ...some of the NPC's will have 3 or so different voices when having dialog w/ them.
As to RE:0, I can't wait. I had the GC version the day it came out & even tho the scenes were pre-rendered, it was still an awesome game. Since I traded it in awhile ago (but never finished it), I'll be sure to pick this up once I can afford to.

For some reason I don't care.

Ugh. The "Archive" series deals strictly in ports. There are no enhancements akin to New Play Control at all.
Stay classy, Capcom.

Did you not read that support for the WiiMote and Nunchuck, as well as classic controller were added to the game?
GohanGVO @ Oct 29th 2009 4:02PM
A little bit of waggle and some control options are hardly significant compared to everything else going unaltered. It's still, essentially, a port.

Hey capcom Why don't you learn from cursed mountain. Put the original game but when you point to shoot it gets in a RES 4 Style perspective at least it makes the gameplay better in someway. Those who played curse mountain knows what i'm writting about.

If they were to do that, there would be a MUCH longer development cycle, and it would be a full retail release, not this budget archives bs.
Aerith @ Oct 29th 2009 5:49PM
Plz 2 b remaking RE2 and putting it in Archives. And while you're at it might as well do RE3 and CV. :)

Hella yes! That would be dizzope for the trizzue!
