Yggdra Unison trailer: welcome back to Dept. Heaven
Basically, each of your units is marked with a number, and on the phone version, you'd type that number to trigger that unit's part of the Unison Attack. For the DS version, the keypad is gone, but the numbers are still there. Of course, it has a long way to go before it can out-odd Knights in the Nightmare, a game in which you, as a ghost, take control of your units by possessing them.

Atlus games always have good music.

That may be true, but this is a Sting game. O8

Hmmm..... reminds me that I should finish my Yggdra Union...
S. Tiger @ Oct 19th 2009 8:49PM
GBA or PSP version?
SoshiKitai @ Oct 19th 2009 8:53PM
GBA version. :P I put it off for way too long.
...speaking of which, I haven't even finished Riviera.
I've been wondering if I should get the PSP versions of those two games - but I'm just not sure those few additions to the game really make it worth buying a second time.
Of course, it should be cheaper now... so I might....

Riviera is hard to find. Yggdra...is also hard to find. But the voices for Yggdra made it so much more worth it, and the normal difficulty setting makes it a bit easier to run through.
Also, apparently there's extra maps at the end of it. I tried to get to them, but none of my characters were powerful enough.

There's only one extra map at the end of Yggdra Union for the PSP. The way to access it is to defeat Marietta on Hard Mode.

If you can find them (the PSP versions), they're both at bargain prices so go for it. I've seen copies of Riviera at a local Gamestop for a while now, and also Yggdra Union at Fry's Electronics.

Oooooh man.
I wonder if there's an unlockables for those that have GBA copies of Riviera and Yggdra...

why is the pope in it?
SoshiKitai @ Oct 20th 2009 4:31AM
Because the pope loves war.
The pope is hardcore. And all other religious leaders are just jealous.
S. Tiger @ Oct 20th 2009 11:42AM
He brings us false pope...I mean hope.
