Okamiden screens are predictably cute

At this point, Capcom's Okamiden is succeeding with its two-pronged attack of nice graphics and adorable baby wolves. Looking at these screens, we feel only vestiges of the outrage we once felt about the idea of continuing Clover's work in the developer's absence. Instead, the feeling of wanting to play this game has overtaken us.These lovely screens show possibly the most sensible reason for putting Okami on the DS:

The adorable factor in this game is making me forget that Clover isn't involved in this.
Which reminds, I need to go play Okami for a fifth time or so.

I'm getting the feeling that giving Okami to whatever studio is doing this is like giving Metroid to Retro. It may seem strange that the creators aren't working on it, but as far as I can see, these new guys are doing a swell job at least as far as character designs and graphics engines go. No one can really judge the story and gameplay yet.
Translation as to what I said: "D'AAAAAAAAW LOOK AT DA WIDDLE PUPPY."

OH i am soo stoked I loved Okami no joke Ive played it like 30 or so times i can only imagine how many times i'd play this game
