DSi sees itself pass 3 million sold in Japan

As Gamasutra notes, Nintendo expects the DS line to sell 30 million units this fiscal year, ending next March. As of June, the DS has sold 107.75 million units total worldwide since its pudgy birth. Nintendo also has Dragon Quest IX to thank for the increased sales.
