We say: Beats the NES game with co-op and better graphics
After two weeks of forced hiatus, Nintendo has finally seen fit to restore VC in Brief. This week's Virtual Console release is the Arcade version of Tecmo Bowl. It bests its NES counterpart in almost every way, save for its two-team roster, of course. Pay witness to the spectacle above and watch as men attain glory on a 360 foot by 160 foot field.
Every week, we like to check out what's new on the Virtual Console. We offer these videos as a sort of taste to help you decide whether or not you would want the game in question. We also toss in our own two cents because we're pushy jerks.

I already have the NES version and I don't see why I should upgrade. Graphics seem way better and I do like more multiplayer modes, but my friends NEVER played Tecmo bowl against me.

I have Tecmo Bowl for the DS, and quite content. If I didn't; this would of been a purchase.
