Pre-order Metroid Prime Trilogy at GameStop, get surprisingly nice t-shirt

In our opinion, the shirt looks pretty great (we're assuming it's not all dithered in real life like it is in the picture), even with the logo on the side, and even with the added baggage of identifying you as a GameStop shopper. The offer is valid for both in-store and online pre-orders.

No reason not to buy this game.
Old Professor Zertoss @ Jun 25th 2009 8:36PM
I already own all 3. Not buying.

@ArchieGamer:
They can get their mommies to sew them to a smaller size for them.
Saria the Cat @ Jun 25th 2009 8:11PM
Looks great, though I am skeptical about them offering me a shirt that isn't XXL. I don't know why corporate only sends XXL shirts as preorder bonuses. Way to promote fat gamer stereotypes, GameStop! ;)
Crusty Magic @ Jun 25th 2009 8:31PM
Seriously.
I remember making a post on a forum when Best Buy did their Gears of War t-shirt promotion.
And those were all XXL =[
There are skinny gamers too guys!!!
ArchiGamer @ Jun 25th 2009 8:43PM
Well, how else will the Gamestop employees were them. ;)

I meant to post that here.
Leroy_Octopus @ Jun 25th 2009 8:12PM
I guess I'm pre-ordering now!
ArchiGamer @ Jun 25th 2009 8:47PM
Darn, time to get excessively fat in order for that shirt to fit.
Edgar @ Jun 25th 2009 9:02PM
Pretty nice shirt. Reminds me of the Bonus for Echooes. I doubt they'll be asking you what size you would like when you preorder, though. : (
Mr Khan @ Jun 25th 2009 9:10PM
I was going to preorder it anyway. Oh well.

A t-shirt...
Wasn't there mention of an art book, too?
I'll probably buy this anyway because I never beat Metroid Prime 2 and never got to play Metroid Prime 3...
Rob @ Jun 25th 2009 11:48PM
There is an art book, this is just on top of that.
bongoes @ Jun 25th 2009 10:51PM
Please Gamestop, I don't need more incentive to pre-order.
milan @ Jun 26th 2009 2:36AM
...available in canada?
Navarro Parker @ Jun 26th 2009 9:12AM
I don't get people's fascination with free t-shirts. It costs, at most, $1 for these to get made in quantities of 1000 or more. (A friend works at a silk screening shop)
Go1denchi1d @ Jun 26th 2009 9:45AM
but...free t-shirt...
uncle jesse @ Jun 26th 2009 10:20AM
It's free! Don't you get it? Free = awesome! It doesn't even matter what it is. I bought a case of beer because it had a free shirt in it once. The shirt was XXL but the neck-hole was small and tight, it was itchy and stiff, it already came with a stain on it, and it was just a plan white shirt with 'MOLSON' written on it with a maple leaf. It was a terrible shirt. But guess what... IT WAS FREE, SO IT WAS AWESOME!
Free anything > nothing

Are you that desperate for new clothes?
flaming__gambit @ Jun 27th 2009 2:42AM
Didn't you see that episode of Pinky & The Brain where they took over the world with free T-shirts?
MRLN @ Jun 26th 2009 10:51AM
Pre-ordered!
Ed @ Jun 26th 2009 11:34AM
Does anyone know what the actual size of the shirt will be?
jarhead906 @ Jun 26th 2009 3:39PM
I would wear/buy/get this shirt if they took off the logo on the sleeve.
Maulok @ Jun 29th 2009 4:51PM
If I wanted to trade the original 3 towards the preorder of Trilogy, does anybody know what the current trade in values (or lack thereof) are?
GuyeatsOctopus @ Jul 24th 2009 11:08AM
I'm still thinking about this. I pre-ordered MP1 and got a shirt, in a LARGE.... I still have it to!! in the package. XXL works for me, I'm not fat, just a big guy, so it works. It'll be a good gym shirt
