New Tingle website springs up, is weird

Hot on the heels of a new ad spotted in Famitsu, a new Tingle website has appeared at Nintendo Japan. The website actually features the fairy-obsessed man-in-green very little, but it still contains plenty of his ... eccentric charm. Our Japanese is rusty (nonexistent, really), but it looks like you can sign up for something. Also, clicking on the television reveals a static filled screen with the date June 18, so we expect something should pop up by then.
In the meantime, clicking the bell in the center of the screen allows you to have your fortune read by the freaky soothsayer seen above. What does it all mean? All signs point to a new Tingle game be revealed soon.

If you click on the TV it has the date 6/18 and a bunch japanese text.
I think a video will be shown 6/18 Japan ....Hmm

Very interesting... also found the quirky little site entertaining, maybe because I don't understand. Looking forward to 6/18.. sad is my life.

I don't know the first word but the rest is literally "it begins from the 16th of June".
The application form is 'Karl's consulting room', the first question being is it okay to start, but i have no idea what its referring to and i misplaced my dictionary, hope that helps to some extent.
Is Tingle's first name Karl?

i take that back, it's "girls consultation room" and also asks if you have any worries..
