Nintendo's E3 2009 press conference presenters: Iwata, Fils-Aime and ... Cammie Dunaway
Nintendo has confirmed that Nintendo President Satoru Iwata, Nintendo of America President and COO Reggie Fils-Aime and everyone's favorite EVP of Sales and Marketing, Cammie Dunaway, will be speaking at the company's E3 2009 press conference.

Whatever. As long as she doesn't ramble on about how the wii changed her life again.
S. Tiger @ May 26th 2009 9:39PM
More like as long as they don't have that one dumb lady that was interviewed. I think she was originally working for Reebok? Man, made me lose respect for NOA.
trainwrecka @ May 27th 2009 10:55AM
Cammie was a smart choice. Reggie is there to represent the people on Joystiq's blog. Cammie was never meant to do that. She is there for my mom, grandma, and other new gamers. When Martha Stewart is showing a video clip of the E3 conference by Nintendo, she will never use a Reggie clip. She'll use the Cammie clip. That's how Nintendo is tapping into that blue ocean.
That doesn't mean last year's E3 was horrible. That drum solo... oh dear...

Reggie is more energetic....if she is talking the whole Time I'll just flip the channel and read 'Stiqs live blog of the conference....
Brett @ May 26th 2009 9:25PM
cammie dunaway comes out, and says, "I know you don't like me, goodbye forever, here is Mr. Iwata with new zelda wii"
in my dreams
tmacairjordan87 @ May 26th 2009 9:27PM
I don't think I'll ever forget that trainwreck of a conference. Even I was uncomfortable sitting through it even though all I wanted to do was laugh.
Roto13 @ May 26th 2009 9:40PM
You'll never forget it because it was the best thing to ever happen to you in your entire fanboy life.
tmacairjordan87 @ May 26th 2009 10:00PM
It was the best thing that came out of last year's E3 that's for sure, only because last E3 was so boring for the other two.
chriscanberg @ May 26th 2009 9:33PM
that video is such a win.
MystileArmor @ May 26th 2009 9:35PM
Watching that conference last year felt like sitting through a PTA meeting.
Mr Khan @ May 26th 2009 9:40PM
And so the hate invades even here.
Feh.
S. Tiger @ May 26th 2009 9:43PM
Bahahaha, I just noticed, her neck and hair style make her look like a Koopa.
TGStarfire @ May 27th 2009 9:08PM
A koopa? Much as I hate to say it, but I thought a turkey when I saw her last year.
Tsubasa @ May 26th 2009 10:10PM
just show Monster Hunter Tri- for an hour and I would be satisfied. I do not want to waste my time like last years keynote did.
Princessb89 @ May 26th 2009 10:39PM
We'll see I really felt like she was talking down to everyone last year. Hopefully there's something announced that's worthwhile.

Cammie "Dunnaway with".
Please.
Robert @ May 27th 2009 12:19AM
i c wat u did thar
Insanus @ May 27th 2009 12:31AM
Loved the wii music part, especially with the drummer!
Metayoshi @ May 27th 2009 3:55AM
In all honesty, if Nintendo can't pull off a "Legend of Zelda GCN" reaction from the audience like it did back in 2004, the conference is a failure. Seriously, THAT is how you do an E3 press conference. I am honestly not expecting something that amazing this year since their philosophy has changed from way back then, but who knows what they may have up their sleeves, if anything at all...
S. Tiger @ May 27th 2009 5:44AM
F-Zero WiiX, utilizing your Mii as the driver.
That would be a little unnerving...
Spike @ May 27th 2009 6:02AM
as long as it isn't another disaster like last year's, i'll be fine
if it is, i'll bet getting more 360 games this year
Dv8thwonder @ May 27th 2009 7:13AM
Last years showing was not as bad as the Internet and fanboys made it out to be.That being said, I think they (Nintendo) played their cards quite well in fact.Every game they showcased has succeeded at the register that holiday season and beyond.
Expect more of the same this year with mild surprises to keep fans happy to an extent.

If you promise the world and fail to deliver, you will exude doubt in all future endeavors.

I can hope for the announcement of a Wii HD and a final "Swan Song" Zelda game for it can't I? I know, it won't happen. More casual gaming cash cow business I presume.
atastysammich @ May 27th 2009 10:06AM
Eh, I've made do watching the Nutshell videos of whoever embarrasses themselves the most at a given E3; no reason to change that now. The old-fashioned text method serves me fine as far as important announcements go: great taste, less Cammie.
Storm Eagle @ May 27th 2009 10:49AM
This woman needs to be stopped. How many bones must her children break in order to introduce new Wii games?
Come one Nintendo. This is your last chance to try and impress me. Wii Music had to be the biggest piece of garbage that came out last year and people STILL ate it up. What happened to you Nintendo?
bongoes @ May 27th 2009 3:12PM
Last year was the first year I sat down and watched the whole conference. I really don't feel like wasting my time again so I hope it's better this year. But I'll probably just watch the highlights anyway.
mmxzero @ May 27th 2009 4:24PM
Blah blah blah... puppies are cute... blah blah blah
gs942002 @ May 27th 2009 5:02PM
i'm hoping for actual GOOD games this year.
but if Cammie Dunaway announces Wii Potty Training.
i won't be surprised.
Neo ShinRa @ May 28th 2009 8:19PM
God... That damn conference.... As long as they announce Super Mario World 2 for the DS I can walk away knowing Nintendo still cares about their fanbase...
Chris @ Jun 2nd 2009 1:53AM
I'd hate to ruin your dreams, but Yoshi's Island is Mario World 2.
Captain Planet @ May 28th 2009 6:41PM
Say what you will about Cammie, all of you would so hit that..
