Luc Bernard confirms Mecho Wars hitting DSiWare, WiiWare

Mecho Wars will hit the iPhone app store and WiiWare first with a DSiWare release sometime after. No official release details for the dev's second title were mentioned in the YouTube confession. So far the game looks interesting and we extend well wishes to Bernard in the middle of his personal crisis. The first footage -- of the still-under-development title -- can be found after the break.

Whether or not the game is of high quality, everyone needs to buy this game. We must all band together so he can raise enough to finally register HyperCam 2.

She's got jokes.
Also, to contribute, His last game(Eternity's Child) wasn't so good. So who knows.

Yeah, apparently the PC version of that game was terrible, but the reason it's taking so long for the WiiWare version to come out is that it's being fixed. :P

At 4:14 He spelled "Assult" wrong.
The game looks interesting, I hope he uses spell check before he releases the game though.

Something tells me he won't be pissed when he releases the game.

Dear god almighty. I went to Luc's blogspot page and ....wow. If the page isn't weird enough for you, seeing his facebook photo will haunt you until the end of time.

I really liked the music that was playing during the gameplay clip. It gave the video a kind of surreal feel. I hope that something like that plays during the actual game, too. I'm always interested in games like this. The Advance Wars games are great. This reminds me of those and Military Madness, etc. Can't wait to give it a go. :) I've been buying more WiiWare/VC games since they opened up the SD card than I am disc games!
