Anywhere you go in the world, you'll find people who love Mario. On the national Mexican television show,
Hazme reír! y serás millonario, a group of three friends performed a Mario skit parodying / reenacting the original
Super Mario Bros. It's a cute little routine with some hilarious moments, though it's not entirely accurate (fanboys will likely point out that the actual Mario does not kick enemies, he stomps on them ... and since when did Mario start dressing in Peach's colors, hmm?). Still, it's an impressive thing to do, especially since it was broadcast across an entire country.
Interestingly, the crowd was pretty into it, rooting on the overalls-clad hero as he took down Bowser and saved the princess. Oh, wait, or was she in another castle? You'll have to watch the video clip after the break to find out!

yep, it's normal spanish, pause means to stop for a moment, and pausa has the same meaning.

I think they changes some stuff (like the costume) to avoid copyright infringement. Well, if they've asked permission and got denied, that explains it. Otherwise, I think they would go for an all out Mario look and everything in it.

Yeah, it's some kind of a comedy skit contest. I don't know very much about it, though.
Even if this is not an original idea, you can say this is one of the few good things that the mexican TV has offered in a long, long time.

The deal with this show, is that famous people create some elaborated joke/prank, and then they are qualified by 5 judges. When qualified, they are given 50 tomatos and each judge can throw them (literally) up to 10 tomatoes at his joke/prank.
Its, quite funny sometimes, but this one, is awefull!!! and I hate that guy (Facundo) he think of himself to be some kind of Mexican Eminem, but he sucks at it

I remember i watched this one some time ago, as i live in Mexico, and yeah, it's a show about people who made sketches, and if they get the most laughs, they'll become millionaries!!!
The turtle was saying that he was on extintion, Facundo making "Jaime Duende", man, for me, it's the best human paody i have ever see!!!

Lol I´m mexican i´ve never seen this show, and well it´s like a "sketch" or "parody" contest and the winner get´s money.
Facundo (Bowser) is a very famous comedian and almost everything he does is well received by the public and specifically the "Jaime Duende" show was a hit.
