Swords & Soldiers hits Europe May 15, US 'soon'

Ronimo Games, developer of Wii sleeper de Blob, has announced that its next game -- the side-scrolling FPS Swords & Soldiers -- will hit Europe on May 15. The distinctly designed WiiWare release will cost 1000 points.
"B-but what about us?," you ask. We're assuming you're in the US, so we have some good (albeit vague) news: Ronimo has also confirmed that game will hack-'n'-slash its way Stateside soon after the EU release. Here's hoping that "soon" means the following Monday, May 18.

Technically they didn't develop the Wii game de Blob. That was Blue Tongue. They developed the original game on which THQ's de Blob was based.

Would a side-scrolling FPS be like that Photoshop picture of Super Mario Bros. from Mario's perspective? (if it were a shooter, of course)
