Sure, we all know that The Conduit looks to be one of the premiere first-person shooters on the Wii. We've all read about how it looks fantastic, it's going to revolutionize FPS controls on Wii, all that jazz. But what is it about? Seriously, without a well-written, heartfelt story about love, loss and lost love, then the only thing left is gameplay.
Knowing that you, dear readers, want more than blood, aliens and explosions -- that you are sophisticated -- we have embedded a new story trailer for The Conduit above. Put on your smoking jacket, pour the Courvoisier and take in some culture.
@Pman: it said "seeing-is-deveiving" which is a website for the conduit, not the official site, but like a sister site. It's pretty cool, if you can read Drudge (as I can, lol) you will be able to get alot of goodies.
Okay, that was an awesome trailer. THAT is what a trailer should be like! They need to push this exact trailer onto TV, and into movie theater preview times where they have game previews play now sometimes, too. The music is great, and I love the way it opens with the various new clips. Gets your blood pumping to play The Conduit, and makes me want to find out more of the story. :) "Time to get to work!"
Yeah, that was my point. A trailer like this one would make an excellent commercial. Much better than most Wii commercials you see out there, if you ever do. *sigh* That's one thing which I don't get about third parties. They make great games, but then give them next to no advertising. They need to pony up the dough to get commercials out there on the airwaves. THAT'S how people will know about them, and induce them to pick the games up. Not just putting up a 30 sec. spot during late night tv, or an add in a GAMING magazine that the general public don't buy.

Even if this game isn't the next Halo, I'm probably going to get it just to support Sega and High Voltage for what they're doing for the Wii.
P.S. Was that a criptic message within the last half-second of the trailer?
