Crystal Bearers site bears new content

According to a translation from NeoGAFfer RPGn, Kawazu draws a line between the very first Final Fantasy and Crystal Bearers, saying that as he initially thought Final Fantasy was "the way you make an RPG." He hopes Crystal Bearers will end up being as iconic for Wii. Or something like that.
Along with the site announcement, Famitsu posted some gorgeous screens of the open-world-ish RPG.

WHAT. I just creamaged. FF 1 thru 6 are possibly the best RPGs ever made period. If this rings true, this will be the first FF I will buy day one since... god I can't even remember.

just from IV to VI are the best, but from the previous one the only that have some special charm to it it's FFI (FFII was bad, and FFIII was just meh, better than II though, that game is horrible), so I'm happy that he's comparing this game to that (and I think I said it before here, but the trailer make this looks as good as the SNES era FF).

I'm still flabbergasted that Mr. Kawazu is the person behind Crystal Chronicles since I know him from Saga and Last Remnant. I like this series and hope Crystal Bearers is a continued success for him.

This looks great... I love action/adventure/rpg games (they seem so rare now). Zelda and Fable are system sellers to me, so this game is on the top of my list..
