Wii Breakfast has gone too far
Listen, we're all for games that take advantage of the Wii's unique properties, but we're afraid that Wii Breakfast has gone too far. As you can see in Idiots Of Ants' leaked gameplay footage after the jump, the developer has really gone peripheral crazy for its new release, which simulates everything from making toast to newspaper reading. Do we really need two Wii Sausages, guys? Really?
That said, the real-time generated Wii Butter looks positively delicious.

"Do we really need two Wii Sausages, guys?"
That's the minimum amount.

Early April Fools joke? Otherwise, I don't know what to think about this.

Not on the Wii...

It's sad that this actually sounds like a real Wii game.

When's this coming out? I'll have to clear out my Rock Band cupboard to make room for those peripherals, but it's obviously worth it!
Coolguy0934 @ Mar 3rd 2009 10:47AM
I saw this on Youtube last week, it is all clearly a joke. =p
Anti-Villian @ Mar 3rd 2009 3:28PM
It's not a joke! My friend has it pre-ordered.

Saw this on facebook the other day, totally fake but made my day none the less.

I've heard they are making a Wii Toast first, just to try if you like the feel of the game, because it will cost a lot with all those peripherals.

Hey, it'd be nice to wake up every morning and turn this on and it would just like a real breakfast. It's got a motion-sensitive toaster and a motion-sensitive piece of bread, along with motion-sensitive sausages you can put in a motion-sensitive pan, plus a motion-sensitive box of motion-sensitive cereal that you pour your motion-sensitive milk from your motion-sensitive milk jug on, being sure to put the motion-sensitive cap back on.
I'd totally buy that.
