The footage basically rules out an eventual announcement of a PSP version -- in the previous game, it wasn't that hard to adapt the levels to a single screen, but there's a lot more stuff happening on both screens simultaneously now, like bonus round bosses on the top screen and normal play on the bottom. It's sad for PSP SIE fans, but an interesting new gameplay development for DS owners.

Yes, it does.
For proof, if you go to the Japanese website and go to the "About This Game" section and then the "Add-On" section, it talks about it (and also the Rumble Pak I think).

Eh? I see nothing that couldn't be done on one screen. Hell, worst comes to worst they can just rotate it 90 degrees.
