Joyswag: Moon prize pack [update]

After receiving and reviewing it, our copy of Moon became lost in a box of, uh, other games waiting to be given away. Now that we've found it, we're making sure to not repeat the same mistake again. We're going to give it, as well as the extra styli and game cases that Renegade Kid hooked us up with, to one (1) lucky reader! Who's going to be the one to walk away with a new copy of Moon ($35) and these promo goodies? Check out the rules below and best of luck to all of you!
- Leave a comment telling us what your favorite FPS of all time is
- You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the US or Canada (excluding Quebec)
- Limit 1 entry per person, per day
- This entry period ends at 11:59 am ET on Wednesday, March 4. We'll randomly select 1 winner at that time to receive one copy of Moon ($35) and 4 game cases/stylus packs (pictured)

Atlantis1982 @ Feb 27th 2009 11:01PM
Right now, what this guy said. TF2 all the way.
TX2 @ Feb 26th 2009 10:23AM
I've always liked David Doak's stuff, so I'd say probably Timesplitters: Future Perfect.
KaBob799 @ Feb 26th 2009 10:27AM
For single player, it's half-Life 2. For multiplayer, its Halo: Custom Edition.
Though I haven't played that many FPS games.
Emily @ Feb 26th 2009 10:28AM
Hmm... I haven't played FPS's in the past, except maybe BioShock (unless it only counts as a FP Perspective, which I don't think it should).
Ian Greulich @ Feb 26th 2009 10:28AM
While technically not a FPS, (Though I play it in first person view) Fallout 3 at the moment.
If you want me to be technical The original Halo has been spinning in my Xbox, and Doom 3 on my PC.
xCLCx @ Feb 26th 2009 10:31AM
resistance 2 is my favorite FPS of all time because it brings a whole new meaning to the word co-op without a nother person or a few player at that lol u wont make it it 1 minute let alone a whole stage. an the single player mode is alsome aswell.

I've always been a big fan of Quake. The new Quake Live beta is super fun; I'm waiting in the queue as I type.
PhoenixGeek @ Feb 26th 2009 10:33AM
While not technically a FPS Fallout 3 has been consuming most of my time lately. Otherwise I'd say Halflife 2.
TrueNRPeace @ Feb 26th 2009 10:34AM
Perfect Dark, FTW!
bartybot @ Feb 26th 2009 10:35AM
The original Doom. First FPS I ever played, and I still find it as fun as the first time I played it.
Asg @ Feb 26th 2009 10:34AM
half life 2
JoeGun @ Feb 26th 2009 10:38AM
Doom ][ greatest FPS ever! Moon looks like it has the same feel!
lobotomies4free @ Feb 26th 2009 10:39AM
Half-Life. The industry will never be the same and in many ways it has only been rivaled by its own successors
Jon @ Feb 26th 2009 10:38AM
The original Halo for PC.
Matt O @ Feb 26th 2009 10:40AM
My favorite FPS? I'd say the first Call of Duty. I played many, many, many hours of that.
Symytry @ Mar 3rd 2009 10:14AM
Halo 2

Day of Defeat: Source. Tons o' fun.
Poore Richard @ Feb 26th 2009 10:48AM
Favorite FPS, a tough call, I'd probably say System Shock 2. Bioshock, Thief 2: The Metal Age, Half-Life, Halo and Doom after that.
BrandonSylvester @ Feb 26th 2009 10:48AM
DS: Metroid Prime Hunters

The Halo series. I've loved playing both the standalone play and the multiplayer.
Tom @ Feb 26th 2009 11:05AM
Goldeneye 007. Hands down the best ever.
bombtrak @ Feb 26th 2009 11:05AM
The original Doom, by far. Totally unique for its time and scared the living hell out of my 14 year old self.
Brad Kerr @ Feb 26th 2009 11:06AM
Quake!

Goldeneye 007, for the N64.
Aaron @ Feb 26th 2009 11:14AM
I'd have to say the Half Life series is the best FPS out there.
Geoff @ Feb 26th 2009 11:14AM
Duck Hunt.
...
What?
jonmierow @ Feb 26th 2009 11:15AM
For me it all goes back to Wolfenstein 3D. While no longer great visually, it was the one that kicked off my gaming addiction.
mc @ Feb 26th 2009 11:15AM
Half Life
danmerriman @ Feb 26th 2009 11:28AM

Jess Hoch @ Feb 26th 2009 11:20AM
I say the first one I played Wolfenstein. I thought it was the coolest game at the time. We used to finish my electronics class early just to play a few rounds. Also we played a lot of Hexen also. That was great as well. The Nail gun was my weapon of choice.
MrTyzik @ Feb 26th 2009 11:19AM
That's easy, Max Payne! Duke Nukem 3D is prolly tied in second with Doom 2
eugaet @ Feb 26th 2009 11:19AM
Honestly, probably Call of Duty 1. I burned out on FPSes a long time ago, but I still like the WW1/2 ones. Second place would be Halo 1 before the introduction of the Flood.
Squatch181 @ Feb 26th 2009 11:21AM
I'm really not a huge FPS fan. I did enjoy RE4 and the Metroid Prime series though. And just for good measure I'm going to pull out a real gem that most people have never heard of... Blake Stone: Aliens of Gold.
upset @ Feb 26th 2009 11:22AM
Quake 2
