DS Daily: Old reliable
For us, there are a few select games that never leave the immediate vicinity of our DS. Tetris DS and Space Invaders Extreme can be immediate sources of instant bliss, so we're never without them when out and about in the real world, where the danger of not being able to game can be very real and present. What about you all? What are those few games that get constant rotation in the cartridge slot of your DS? What game (or games) do you constantly come back to for amusement?

Sonic Rush, Kirby Canvas Curse, and the Rub Rabbits.
The first two are by far the best platformers on the DS. As for the Rub Rabbits, well, I can't really explain that one. I'm not actually that fond of the game, but I guess its style really wins me over. It's been three years, and I've yet to even complete the story mode, but at least once a month I find find time for RR.

Been going back to Animal Crossing a lot lately, especially now after I got my gf a DS for Christmas. I think I'll always love Tetris DS too.

Electroplankton, Meteos, and Tetris DS will always have a place in my NDS. For games with more substance though, Contact always seems to be my go-to game.
kurisuchanrin @ Jan 13th 2009 9:55AM
Clubhouse Games and Mario Kart DS.
Also, Taiko no Tatsujin 1 & 2 for those who import.
pogo @ Jan 13th 2009 10:00AM
No doubt Zoo Keeper, have been playing it almost everyday since I got it probably 3 years ago.
samfish @ Jan 13th 2009 10:01AM
Tetris (the Japanese version, no less) and Crosswords DS are probably my two most consistently played DS games.
Rob Bourne @ Jan 13th 2009 1:39PM
What's the difference with the Japanese version?
Other than language, of course :)
samfish @ Jan 13th 2009 2:33PM
Having not played the US version (since I could never find it), I honestly couldn't begin to tell you!
Kaes Delgrego @ Jan 13th 2009 10:06AM
For me, it's usually Contra 4, New Super Mario Bros. or Clubhouse Games.
BobTheElephant @ Jan 13th 2009 10:19AM

Elite Beat Agents is that game, I can't stay from the game for a full month
Rob Bourne @ Jan 13th 2009 1:44PM
That's on my list too, awesome game.
Import the Ouendan games too, if you can!
jufonuk @ Jan 13th 2009 11:04AM
Bangai-o Spirits, NSMB, kinda getting into exit DS and of course Space Invaders Extreme.
Sean @ Jan 13th 2009 11:03AM
I just picked up a case that holds 16 games, so this list just got a bit longer, but my most consistant would have to be tetris, metroid prime pinball, and pokemon. Space invaders hasn't left my side since i got it either, and I just got back to carrying geometry wars with me again.
Dante G @ Jan 13th 2009 11:15AM
Brain Age and Brain Age 2 for me.
jufonuk @ Jan 13th 2009 11:36AM
also forgot toe mention N+
Wolfmans Got Nards @ Jan 13th 2009 11:47AM
Clubhouse Games and Crosswords DS are always around. But Geometry Wars always seems to be the real keeper for me.
Simon Scarfe @ Jan 13th 2009 12:11PM
N+, Mario Kart, and Polarium
Simon Scarfe @ Jan 13th 2009 12:13PM
How could I forget Geometry Wars?!
Master Marik @ Jan 13th 2009 12:16PM
Picross DS, one of the best things to hit the DS.
jeffsonhismac @ Jan 13th 2009 12:17PM
Chrono Trigger, I've beaten the game so many times, I can always play for just 5 minutes, make a lot of progress, and know exactly where I'm going.
Basically I heart Chrono Trigger.
I also Keep Star Fox Command on me.
chispito @ Jan 13th 2009 12:36PM
Korg DS-10 is probably the last thing I booted up at any given time. There are always new sounds to create.
Piccross, Electroplankton, NSMB, and Space Invadres Extreme are also go-to games (not that the DS-10 is reallya game).
Suichimo @ Jan 13th 2009 1:06PM
Jump Ultimate Stars and Disgaea always come with me.
Josh @ Jan 13th 2009 2:44PM
I rarely bring my DS outside of the house, so uh...
Nothing, really.
Danny @ Jan 13th 2009 6:30PM
Actually both of my guitar hero games, those are played a lot (I'm not a little baby, my wrists don't hurt)

Space Invaders Extreme and Mario Kart DS, for shizzle...
ironik513 @ Jan 14th 2009 8:05AM
The DS games I never forget to take with me are Mario Kart, Bomberman Land Touch, Wario Ware Touched, Zoo Keeper and New Super Mario Bros.
The GBA games I always take with me are Super Mario Advance 2, Mr Driller 2, Excitebike, Kurukuru Kururin, Metal Slug Advance and Dotstream.
Thunderbird @ Jan 14th 2009 8:25AM
Jump Ultimate Stars
WriterFuzz @ Jan 14th 2009 9:32AM
Ninjatown. Relatively short levels, cute design, and because I always forget how I won a certain level, it's easy to play any one level again.
Jarlino @ Jan 14th 2009 5:45PM
Rythm Tengoku Gold.
I'm not even close to getting all golds, but I'll get there some day...
