Job seekers nab Wii from retirement home

You can't get much lower than this. A retirement home in Ottawa, Ohio, was recently robbed for its Wii. Two women walked into the retirement home, seeking job applications, but ended up leaving with more than a job. They nabbed the home's Wii console. As one might imagine, the folks at the home enjoy playing Wii Sports, particularly the Bowling and Baseball games. Thankfully, this story has a happy ending. Several of the home's inhabitants were able to identify the two women, and police were able to track them down and recover the Wii.

One would steal from old people rather than fit men BECUASE they're helpless and can't do anything about it.
Same reason why people pirate games: the companies can't do a thing about it.

Don't bring Virtual Stealing into it, somewhat because it's different but mostly because I don't want a 50 page long Debate.
They're in a retirement home. It's not like they have the money to buy a new one. A company makes lots of money.
That's just terrible.

Yeah, they should've stolen from babies instead. They might not have been identified then.=)
Pretty messed up though. Glad they got caught.

Why is it that I never hear about people stealing any other kind of console? (Well, I guess that size probably has a lot to do with it. You can slip a Wii into a jacket and walk away. Try doing that with an Xbox or PS3.)

The Xbox would get too hot under the jacket and Red Ring,
supposing you had a jacket big enough to fit the PS3, people would just think you were taking a George Foreman grill (yes I had to bring it up)
