Dragon Quest V handed over to Europe in February

Square Enix has announced a European release date for the DS remake of Dragon Quest V: Hand of the Heavenly Bride: February 20, just three days after the North American release. Of course, the title will omit the number, because PAL region audiences must not be allowed to know how many Dragon Quest games Enix and Square Enix have failed to release over the years.As with Dragon Quest IV, this DS version of the multigenerational RPG will be the first European release for this game, which was one of the best-selling releases on any platform in Japan in 2008. New screens were released to accompany the announcement, and we've placed them in our gallery.

I can't wait to get my hands on this myself. 40 days is sooooo far away! Finished DQIV on DS last week and was thoroughly impressed by it. Wish they would have went back and done the first 3 the same. At least I have Chrono Trigger to hold me off until then....

I really really must play the other half of DQIV. Way too long for my tastes (i'm weird that way).

Just started on DQIV so it's nice to know the next one will be out soon. I don't see myself finishing IV any time soon, but it's pretty decent. More enjoyable than FFIII was (which sadly I never finished).

seriously, we get games MONTHS after their release dates in other countrys and on top of that we have to pay up to double the price -.-
