Following up yesterday's conversation at DSF, we figured we'd bring the topic over to today's Wii Warm Up. So, who do you think is the publisher of the year on Wii? Is it Nintendo (that's too easy, though), or a third party? What about in 2009? Who do you think is going to publish the upcoming year's best?
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Nintendo) 2. Mario Kart Wii (Nintendo) 3. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (Konami) 4. No More Heroes (Ubisoft) 5. Zack & Wiki (Capcom)
Nintendo, and then capcom. Sadly, my favourite Namco lacked presence this year. The next year the best publisher will be XSEED, they're bringing all the good stuff.
Ok, the vote for Nintendo is pretty obvious; It's also clear that Capcom and Sega are doing some great things for the Wii. But let me vote for THQ. De Blob was a great game, and they are bringing on Deadly Creatures. Between all the shovel by Disney, they offer good products
I'm blanking on what even came out when right now. I do remember Brawl and Mario Kart coming out earlier this year though, so I'm going to say Nintendo. I'm giving Capcom and Namco-Bandai my mention for Tatsunoko vs. Capcom and Dawn of the New World.
Next year, Namdai's looking pretty strong with the Klonoa remake, Tales of "10", and Fragile.

For me, the best titles of 2008 were:
1. Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Nintendo)
2. Mario Kart Wii (Nintendo)
3. Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 (Konami)
4. No More Heroes (Ubisoft)
5. Zack & Wiki (Capcom)
I'll have to say Nintendo was the best

Nintendo was undeniably the best. But it'd be unfair to not include Capcom as an honorable mention, at least.

Nintendo this year, but they'll have a hard fight with SEGA the next

Nintendo was top, but I'm gonna give some love to NIS America for Disgaea 3. I love Disgaea 3.
