The latest present from Club Nintendo Japan: Mii business cards

Now that we actually have our own Club Nintendo, which features only rewards that have already been released in Japan, we have even more interest in Nintendo of Japan's version. We feel like pretty much anything from the Japanese Club Nintendo catalog could become available to us at some future date.

But maybe not the latest prize. The newest promotion offered by the club allows Wii owners to trade in 150 of their Club Nintendo Points for a set of thirty custom Mii business cards from the Digicam Print Channel. We have our doubts about ever seeing the Digicam Print Channel here (although we welcome surprises, Nintendo), so we aren't saving our points for these cards. However, this is significant in that it involves the exchange of Club Nintendo points for content from a Wii Channel.

Hell, I'd be happy for any new items that aren't DS related. Seriously, the only Wii-centric item is the borderline useless and unattractive Wii Remote holder. Take away that and the playing cards and you've only got DS specific items only. I don't own a DS, and I don't know anyone who does, so that's a bunch of useless crap to me. Hopefully in the future this will change, but I'm not holding my breath. What a bummer Club Nintendo's launch has been. Hey Ninty, how about you stop ignoring your Club Nintendo Wii owners?

More specifically, how about giving us that incredible Wii Remote TV remote you had in Japan some time back. I'm pretty sure I'd kill someone in order to get my hands on that thing.

It eventually worked for me last night. Had to answer some surveys about why I bought the games I bought, and eventually got my coins from the stuff from My Nintendo. Just be patient, it'll get fixed for everyone soon.

So I read the Nintendo Club FAQ about the gold/platinum membership. It said it being in July 1 to June the 30th and you need just about over 600 coin to be in the gold range.

Since Nintendo Club is officially beginning to at December 22, does that mean if we put the effort to reach that status. When June the 30th rolls around, do we have to start over with coin, or just collecting more coin till we reach to whatever status we want?

Damn, Club Nintendo USA launches and already its better than Club Nintendo UK.Look at all that cool stuff... not that I have any points saved up.

That will all change after Christmas day mind you, my new games + my family's new consoles = lots of stars!

What's wrong with the business cards? I want them!
