In the UK? Get Wii Fit for £50 this Friday
You can file this one in the "almost too good to be true" pile -- in fact, while you read this post, we advise repeatedly pinching yourself. If you're a Brit searching for a copy of Wii Fit in time for Christmas, you'll already know that nowhere has it. As we see it, you have three options:
- You can buy your loved ones something that isn't Wii Fit and ruin Christmas for everybody like a big jerk.
- You can fork out obscene amounts of cash for a copy from some eBay scalper who bought the last 25 units at GameStation in November.
- You can visit BuyItPlayIt this Friday and press F5 a lot. The site has a big old pile of Wii Fits that will be on sale from 1:00pm GMT, with the first fifty going for the unbelievable price of £50 (in probably less than fifty seconds). That's £20 lower than the standard price. We are quite certain that the site could charge twice that and clear its inventory in minutes, but there you go.

We have had a few comments about our current Wii Fit Promotion, and I would like too reassure every reader that we are a credible company and would like to give you a little history of our company. We are registered Limited company with company's house and have been so for over 3 years, we have an annual turnover of around £6 million pounds. We have been selling on Amazon Marketplace and The PlayTrade websites for over 2 years and after a successful 2008 we have decided to take the plunge and launch our own website, (please find links to our stores on these sites for you perusal below)
I can also assure that we have all the items we are offering in stock in our warehouse, we only take payment via "secured payments" with NatWest and Google checkout. This not only covers us but more importantly you the customer. We take customer service very seriously and will always ensure each and every customer will receive the goods they have ordered and we will only take payment on despatch of goods.
I am the General Manager of Buy It Play It and my direct number is **** ******* (but I do ask that you do not post this number on your site) if you have any further comments or question I would be interested to hear them.

If I didn't already own a Wii Fit (I slaved away for at least 2-3 weeks when it was first launched and ended up ordering from Amazon FR - pity the pound has dropped so much against the Euro now otherwise it might be a good idea for some people) I would certainly take a look at 'Buy It Play It'. It's not every day that the general manager of a site actually makes the effort to reassure customers :)
p/s: Another (totally unrelated) large site where I have found this level of service is CD Japan.

Just wanted to clarify that I have not bought anything from 'Buy it Play It' before, but was merely commenting on the 'level of contact' rather than service. My apologies!
