Another shot at cheap Guitar Hero: World Tour
Guitar Hero games have been going on sale a lot recently. It makes sense to mark down something so high-profile to attract holiday shoppers -- and we really don't mind getting a break on something as ridiculously expensive as the plastic-instrument games.
The latest deal comes from Amazon, who has kicked off their "15 Days, 15 Deals" promotion with temporary price drops on Guitar Hero: World Tour guitar bundles. For $70, you get the game and one of those bizarre new guitars with the touch pad. It's a nice deal for people not interested in the complete band kit -- or for people trying to cobble the band kit together over time.

okay. I am confused. i am in Southern Ontario, in Canada. My parents went to go look for the Guitar Hero World Tour Complete Bad Kit for Wii, and every store they went to said that it wasnt released yet for Wii. They went just last weekend. I searched on redoctane's online store and it said it was in stock. Will someone explain to me what the f*** is going on....? Please.....?

Pretty sure it's out for all 3, I bought the complete band game on Thursday (for 360, I think the GH series is better on 360, but I had GH3 for Wii too) and they had the full band game boxes for 360, Wii, and PS3. This was at GameStop (in Illinois, USA). Maybe they didn't get to Canada yet?

They have it in Edmonton. A friend picked up the game w/ Guitar a month ago and grabbed the Mic and Drums this weekend.
I saw the box set at the store last week.

Did the stores really say that, or did your parents just *tell* you all the stores said that? ; )
