NRDC: Wii is greenest console of them all

The NRDC (Natural Resources Defense Council) recently decided to put all of this generation's consoles through their paces and see which console reigns supreme in the eco-friendly department. As we've heard in the past, the Wii has pretty much dominated all of the competition in each field of study. When looking at power consumption, the Wii only uses 16 watts, compared to the 119 watts of the Xbox 360 and 150 watts of the PS3.

They forgot to consider the amount of games people probably throw out for the systems.

Which I mean, people probably literally throw out Wii games because of all the shovelware as opposed to Xbox and PS3 games. :P

Also let's not forget about all the assesories... Zelda swords, wiimote tennis rackets, etc etc.

But ironically, Nintendo is the least green publisher. They use unrecyclable plastic and throw away all dysfunctional systems.

Wait... Wasn't the Wii rated the most environment UNfriendly a few months ago by some other organization? Something about the materials used to manufacture it? Oh well... I'm going to keep enjoying it.

Back in the days where the movie theater was becoming popular you determined the quality of the movie by the amount of times the movie ripped (stopped ) and had to be taped.

Well we are back there ... How often did your GoW movie rip ... too often :D
