The Killers DLC coming to Guitar Hero: World Tour
Activision will shortly be serving up another three Guitar Hero: World Tour tracks for download. This latest batch is from The Killers, who should really cheer up a bit, considering they're international rock stars with their music in a Guitar Hero game. Smile, you ungrateful sods!
"Human" and "Losing Touch" are both from the band's new album Day & Age, and are joined by "Mr. Brightside," an older Killers track and one that everybody under 85 is probably familiar with. These will be made available from November 25th, and like previous tracks, will cost 200 Wii Points each. Videos of all three follow the break.

This makes my decision between rock band 2 and GHWT a bit harder... RB2 wouldn't require me to buy a third wiimote, but GHWT has better drums, tool, and new the killers too...

Can someone who is 'in the know' contact Activision/Vicarious Visions and find out whats going on with the Wii DLC? I see that we are getting these songs, but what about the rest of the Metallica album, or the Hendrix songs? Someone over there should at least publicly acknowledge that even though the Wii is finally getting DLC, its not 100% of what the other two are getting.

Hear hear. The guys over at IGN seems to be friendly with Vicarious Visions, I wish they would get in touch with them and straighten things out...

Killers DLC was just confirmed today for Rock Band. It hasn't formally been announced, but it was confirmed by HMXHenry on the Rock Band forums.
Rock Band will also be getting "Mr. Brightside", but instead of the two new tracks, "Smile Like You Mean It" and "Spaceman" (which is new).

I love The Killers! Perfect song to jam out to on Guitar Hero. My favorite is always going to be Iron Man though.
