Well it certainly isn't going to feature in any top 100 games list!
I hate the opening line of that article. If I read one more idiot ignorant journalist say; "The Wii gets you off the couch!" I think I'm going to scream. No it doesn't! It doesn't have to! It's a games console (I thought), not a pissing exercise machine. Despite what the commercials say, not all Wii games are silly, gimmicky, jumpy, waggly party games. Oh well, maybe I should just accept the path the Wii has chosen, or seemingly the one that others have chosen for it....

Wii fit is a good thing to supplement a serious exercise regime with. Of course it can't used IN PLACE of it, but it does work good to improve your coordination and balance, and check your progress.
