Perfect Shot at the perfect price
Nyko's Perfect Shot caused a minor sensation when it came out, by being much more gun-like than, and basically superior to, Nintendo's own Zapper. It was even hard to find for a while. The situation seems to have gotten a lot better in terms of availability, though they might sell out again after this. GameStop has reduced the price of Nyko's handgun-shaped Wii Remote shell to just ten dollars.
Other price reductions that may interest you: Koei's ambitious RPG Opoona for $30, the first Rock Band bundle for $140, and Dewy's Adventure used for $13. We'll also point out Target Terror for $20 here if only because you could actually use the Perfect Shot with it.

I'm a fan of the Perfect Shot. Trigger is a little on the hard to pull side is really the only negative. It gets tiring after a bit, but then light-gun games are really best in short bursts.
oh...and Dewy's is horrible.

I really like both the Zapper and the Perfect Shot a lot, can't say I prefer one over the other. Except the Perfect Shot trigger squeaks every time I pull it :(
Too bad about Dewy, thought that looked good.

I'd have to think that the Zapper is far superior simply because you can move your character around while using it.
For lightgun styles games this is probably fine, but for regular FPS games (or third person shooters), the Zapper is the way to go.

You can plug the nunchuck into the bottom of the Perfect Shot. I think it is better also b/c the Zapper is built for really small hands it seems. The back half hurts my right wrist as I have to tweak my wrist to hold the front trigger. I wish you could slide the front and back further apart. Regardless, everything you can do with the Zapper you can do with the Perfect Shot, there is a plug on the bottom for the Nunchuck :).

As just mentioned, you can plug the nunchuck in.
If anything it's far superior for the following reasons:
- trigger is spring-loaded
- Aiming sight for "down-the-sights" shooting
- Means of attaching nunchuck gives a degree of flexibility/options (plus less faffing around with wire coiling!)
