Toys R Us having big games sale starting Sunday

Toys R Us is having one huge sale, starting this Sunday. How huge of a sale? Buy two, get one huge. On top of the prospect at getting a free game, there's also some deals specific to Wii owners.

On Sunday and Monday, Toys R Us will offer 30% off Wii accessories. Now, this doesn't extend to Nunchuks and Wiimotes, but it works for other accessories and ... Wii Points cards! 30% off some Wii Points means you can nab a stellar WiiWare title or two, like, say, Mega Man 9. Or any one of the other games already available. Or even a Virtual Console game!

$20 worth of WiiPoints for only $14? Sounds like a sweet deal to me. I may have to pick up a card or two.

I think I'll pick up two or three. I need to get Bomberman, possibly MM9 although I'm afraid it'll be too hard for me :(, and maybe some other stuff. This is truly awesome.

I have had no success getting my local Toys R Us to honor any of the sales I have seen listed here. I don't know if ours (Salem, Or) doesn't participate or if the staff is just retarded but twice I have gone in to cash in on sales and there is no sale going on. The clerk (same one both times) says that I must be talking about an online sale. Any suggestions folks?

Check your Sunday circulars to see if the sale is going on. If you don't get/want to buy the paper, go to SundaySaver.com to see all the local ads.

1 dollar = 13.01 pesos, auch, last week was a 9.45 pesos

I want Wii Points SO HARDCORE. I never can find them, so this will be nice.

Then again, my Toys R Us was the one that attempted to rip me off with Wii Fit, which I now practically worship. Sigh.

YOU KNOW, Joystiq cited Cheapassgamer as the news source. It's a nice thing to do since these deals and adsa are often broken BY the CAG community. In fact, Joystiq even gave the thread a direct link.

It's kind of rude to take info from a website without at least crediting them.
