Ubisoft really wants you to buy Shaun White Snowboarding
How do we know? Because they're throwing a lot of money into advertising the game. $10 million, to be exact, all in the hopes that you'll want to hit the virtual slopes with Shaun and the gang.
The campaign started last night, where Ubisoft purchased all of the ad space on the season premiere of popular television show South Park. That's not it, either, as it's being reported that Shaun White will make appearances on ESPN shows on November 16th to promote the game. In addition to that, Ubisoft is also purchasing air time on select Viacom channels with the purpose of promoting Shaun White Snowboarding.

Far Cry 2 was an interesting juxtaposition with the rather explicit scenes of Indiana getting raped by Lucas and Spielberg.

I know. I could've done without one of the rape scenes, maybe the lawyer's. And people were complaining about Cartman having too many episodes for himself, and last night's episode goes to show that Stan & Kyle can be hilarious too. (And, how long has it been since Kenny has died?)

I wasn't too upset by the rape scenes, myself, since I pretty much felt the exact same way as Parker and Stone. Indiana fighting it pretty much gave me the same feeling as I had when sitting in that theater, watching that crap.
Oh, and Jimmy talking about the refrigerator? Priceless.

Yea, That was so funny. Especially since I remembered people talking about it on Joystiq once.
(By the way, I haven't seen it. I'll probably save some money up and get the first 3 in a box set eventually, but should I see KotCS?)

Actually, nevermind. I feel stupid for asking that last question now. :P
