Wii Warm Up: Opponents

There's a lot to be excited about from Nintendo's latest press conference. One of the things we've been extremely excited about is a new Punch-Out!! game. We can tell the game will include a couple of classic enemies, including King Hippo, Von Kaiser and Glass Joe. We were wondering, though, who you'd like to take on in the upcoming game. What boxers from the original Punch-Out!!, as well as Super Punch-Out!!, would you like to take on in the new game? What opponents do you want to topple in the upcoming Punch-Out!! for Wii?

Bear Hugger and Dragon Chan, just because of the sounds they made when you fired combo after combo on them or knocked them down!

I want Tyson back, but since that doesn't seem too probable I'm going with Soda Popinski. Also an old decrepit Super Macho Man would be hilarious, especially if he was so past his prime that Glass Joe had beat him.

Wooooooo, I just beat Tyson for the first time ever, i've owned the game since i was a little kid, but I beat Tyson for the first time today! Sorry, had to tell someone.....

I would second the super macho man suggestion, and do want Don Flamenco back. Make it happen Nintendo

bald bull and mr sandman are pretty much shoe ins since they were in the last two.

i dont want too many old school fighters in here though cuz then it would just feel like Punch Out for the nes with better graphics and motion control.

I find soda popinski to be far funnier than 'vodka'

plus, great tiger, don flamenco, aran ryan, Bob Charlie (GREAT), bear Hugger, Narsis Prince to name a few.

It was a lot of fun taking on the fearsome Bald Bull... That bull charge will be really cool with fully fleshed out characters. And motion control will be awesome for this game.
