Free Radical asks us to vote on TimeSplitters 4 platform

Free Radical, the folks behind the TimeSplitters games and former Rare employees responsible for GoldenEye 007, have tossed up a poll on their website asking one and all which platform they'd like to see TimeSplitters 4 release on. We all know it's coming, they know we know and now are asking us which system we prefer? At the time of writing this post, it looks like more people would like to see the thing release on PS3, but the system isn't winning by that much.

If you want TimeSplitters 4 on Wii, we'd suggest you head over there and make your voice heard. If you don't know what TimeSplitters 4 is, then we suggest you play all of the previous games or, in the least, the best title in the series. We just hope the new game still has a level editor.

Oh, and they also have some artwork up on their site, featuring a cat on wheels and one hot chainsaw-toting nun.

Voted PS3. I love my Wii but FPS are much more fun on system with a decent online network that is actually utilized for games. YOU LISTENING NINTENDO!1!?one!?

Future Perfect better than TS2? Rubbish!

It's not like they are actually listening to this poll though, more than likely it is on all three platforms and maybe even PC. It's definitely a game I'd buy two versions of, one on Wii just for the controls and local MP and another on 360 / PS3 to play online with friends.

This is a pointless poll. If I was in the marketing department I'd tell the developers "Look. Spend the extra time and cash to put the game on all 3 systems, and possibly PC. The more markets you can hit, the more money you make."

Though I'm sure they are keeping an eye on Conduit for their hopes of a good online Wii FPS.

the reason for the poll is not to see what system gets it like it says. Its to see if it will sell on system a,b, or c and to see who gets it first

PC is always the best place for FPS, no questions asked. Best control and best online support (better than XBL and free)
I love my Wii, and consoles in general, but I'm crippled in FPSes with a controller. MP3 worked, and was better than playing it on a controller, but it just wasn't a match for the mouse.
So I vote PC, and the numbers up there reflect the popularity of my sentiments.

As of this post:

PS3: 36%
360: 23%
Wii : 35%
PC : 5%
Other: 2%

Wii moved up a point! But I'm not sure where that point came from as it now totals 101%!

And if EA is footing the publishing bill again, you can expect to see it on all systems, no matter what.

And even if they aren't, we probably STILL will to offset development costs.

bro, i am TOTALLY with you on that!! aiming on a dualshock controller is horrible! especially on a 360! right now my friends think that the 360 and PS3 are better then the Wii just because they have better processers, better graphics, better online play, and because they have had hardcore games from the start and the Wii only casual games. so because of that they tend to not like the Wii and like the 360 and PS3. FPS games are MADE FOR Wii!! and once the moition plus comes into play, well lets just say that SONY and MICROSOFT have something to be worried about. but yeah like i said, i'm totally with you on what you said!
