Rumor: Resident Evil port in Japan for Christmas [Update]

We won't be sure until there are scans, because sometimes information that originates on 2ch is erroneous or just plain made up, but according to Wii@Everyday's summary of the latest issue of Famitsu, Capcom is preparing yet another Resident Evil port for the Wii, for release on December 25.This time, it's a "faithful port" of the GameCube Resident Evil remake. Like Resident Evils Zero and 4, this is a direct port. Unlike Zero, a bit of waggle has been added (to draw your weapon). The new version will be compatible with GameCube controllers, so it will be entirely possible to buy this and pretend you're playing the GameCube version -- which, by the way, is quite cheap!

Yes, RE0 is so needed.

What we NEED is a Resi remake series in the vein of RE4. Sure you can be nostalgic and play the originals or the remakes on GC, but RE4 is the best RE so far, which is something I've yet to find any opposition to.

Anyone else see what Capcom are Doing. There testing the market for Resident Evil.Look At The Path Resident Evil 4(fps path)-Dead Rising-Possible Next Gen Port-Resident Evil 5 Downgraded Port. Resident Evil 4 (Survival Horror Path)-Resident Evil 0-Resident Evil Remake-Resident Evil 2 (Remade(FINALLY!))-Resident Evil 3:NEMESIS(Remade)-POSSIBLE Resident Evil Code Veroinca Remake I suppose this could be wishful thinking but i think this is Whats Going to Happen but i don't Think The fps Path Will Happen(by the way I think Resident Evil 4 is still a survival horror only a little though) Oh One More thing if this happens The Resident Evil 2,3 and Cvx Had better not be made in Resident Evil 4 Style Or I'll Stick to the originals.
