Splash Woman is doing it for the girls
The actual fight looks excellent, as well: after completing Splash Woman's mostly underwater level, Mega Man has to dodge her trident shots, as she warbles her siren song, calling on her ferocious fishy friends to attack you. Whoa, I never even noticed when I first looked at Megaman that he very closely resembles what he looked like on the boxart of the first Megaman game.

I was hoping that when he got her powers, he'd be Mega Woman too, which would be plenty ridiculous to see. :)

Splash Woman is technically the second female robot master. The first one is Virgo, from the insanely obscure, China only game Rockman Strategy.
