VC Monday Madness: Mega Man 2 [update 2]
Update 2: Video is back!
Mega Man 2 is something folks can talk at length about. Whether it's strategy involving the 8 initial bosses and their stages, or the bickering between which weapon is the best, it's a game that many hold near and dear to their hearts. If you're a gamer in their 20-somethings, you likely remember this being one of the greatest games of your life. And, to celebrate the upcoming Mega Man 9, it's released to the Virtual Console. If you can't download this amazing game for $5, or don't already own it, you're doing yourself a great disservice. Everyone should spend some time with this game at least one time in their life.

1. Sorry about the game music cutting out. The first cut of the video nuked it and I couldn't get it back. Sorry!
2. No after-the-cut section this week. I figured with one game, everything could go out on the front page.
Hope you enjoy it. Happy gaming!

I really want to play this, too bad the PAL version will surely run slower. I gotta get a US Wii...

What? No death compilation this time? :P Aw.

I thought about it, but I'm not one to repeat. :)
Hopefully, this video is some small consolation.

This is a lot more robust than the anniversary edition - no using the damn GC controller with its awkward button placements (u can use any wii controller u like!)

I just got my first Mega Man game (thanks to The Force Unleashed PS3 Toys-R-Us $20 dollar Gift card deal)! As much as I love it, I suck. I almost never played a run-n-gun (or whatever it is) before! It took me, like 45 minutes for me to beat the first level I played (bubble man's). I beat air man's too, after almost as long. What stage should I try next? (Hint: Not quick-man's.) And David, I actually am a fan of the Gamecube's button placements [(Not for sidescrollers) I know, I'm a freak.]
