Retail and download releases for the week of September 1st

That's right, folks. North America finally gets one of the most anticipated Virtual Console releases. If you have the day free (with it being a holiday, it's likely you do), then you've got a date with destiny. We're sure if you try really hard, you can get through it today.

This week's Virtual Console releases are:

Clu Clu Land (NES, 1 - 2 players, 500 Wii Points)
Super Mario RPG (SNES, 1 player, 800 Wii Points)

So we're finally [FINALLY!] getting the one game we've been begging for a long time, or probably since Wii's release, and Nintendo's website confirmed it at last!

Chrono Trigger and SMRPG are totally choice RPGs, but are way overhyped. Earthbound, however, lives up to most expectations.

Unless of course you have HIGH expectations for Earthbound... in which the charm in that game wasn't that it was amazingly well-made, but how quirky it was. :P

Yeah, SMRPG is kinda' overhyped for those who haven't played it... but I think Chrono Trigger is a solid RPG for any generation.

I'm going to fucking kill myself. I brought 2000 Wii points yesterday and was thinking "Wasn't there some SNES game I wanted??" but I couldn't remember, so after a QUICK browse of the top VC Games, I brought Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King (Worst Game ever. You literally tell people to go fight monsters, that's it. Avoid this shit.)

I could've gotten something good, but instead I got shit. I feel miserable now. Fuck me.
