i loved bangai-o on dreamcast especially with Sabu's amazing face in it
Sinister Slim @ Sep 1st 2008 2:52AM
Bangai-o... I liked getting nonsensical advice from a lady with a tree on her head...
Jose El Maton @ Sep 1st 2008 4:12AM
Last one. Gunstar Super Heroes because that's the only one I've played.
BlackDS @ Sep 1st 2008 6:00AM
Ikaruga

For me its Bangai-O on the Dreamcast. Reading all the ridiculous dialogue before fighting a boss was almost as fun as blowing things up and collecting fruit.

Radiant Silvergun

Ikaruga. Still.
What's funny is that I've spent 14 hours with my PS2 over the weekend (enjoying my fanservice-filled Wild Arms V)
Totally forgot about trying the other V—as in, the Treasure-developed Gradius V. I've resigned myself to playing "whenever I get around to it".

They're probably all my favorites, really. That or I just ran out of things to say to enter.
Paustinj @ Sep 1st 2008 1:03PM
Ikaruga is my favorite
Greg @ Sep 1st 2008 1:13PM
That would be Ikaruga

Ikaruga
Mr. Pants @ Sep 1st 2008 1:30PM
I haven't played Gunstar Heroes (:X!), nor have I tried Sin & Punishment (:X!), nor did I have a Sega Saturn.
But I DO have a Dreamcast, so I'm going with Ikaruga all the way, even if I suck at it (and even if the original Bangai-O rocked as well).
Lakupo @ Sep 1st 2008 3:39PM
Hrm, it may be overrated, but I still like the concept of Ikaruga and the presentation. But I did actually manage to finish Sin & Punishment, so maybe I'll go with that.
Martin @ Sep 1st 2008 3:50PM
Gunstar Heroes

Dreamcast Bangaio!

Oh, shooter? darn, well.... in Mischief Makers you can throw people, that's kinda like shooting, right?
Cleaner @ Sep 1st 2008 5:55PM
Ikaruga
Andy @ Sep 1st 2008 6:27PM
I've never played any of Treasure's shooters, but I'm a fan of SciFi, so Alien Shooter looks to be right up my alley.
Azor @ Sep 1st 2008 6:37PM
Ikaruga stands tall in the treasure pillar. It combined the true excitement of bullet hell shmups with the pure concentration needed to have the right shield at the right time. If that wasnt enough it also has a killer boss theme. No refuge
pace @ Sep 1st 2008 10:43PM
Gunstar Heroes, if only because it's the only game on that list I've played
Sam @ Sep 1st 2008 8:34PM
Ikaruga!
CJC @ Sep 1st 2008 8:34PM
The original Bangai-O is an Engrishy delight.
Azure @ Sep 1st 2008 8:55PM
Ikaruga wins for me
kagerous @ Sep 1st 2008 9:16PM
Radiant Silvergun.
Leon Durham @ Sep 1st 2008 10:14PM
Is there any Treasure shooter more awesome than Ikaruga?
heck no
Sir Kero @ Sep 1st 2008 11:30PM
My favorite was Silhouette Mirage, a run-and-gun that seems to have gotten left off your list. for shame! (go play it now, then add it to your list)
SuzyQ @ Sep 1st 2008 11:33PM
I haven't played any, so this will be my favorite if/when I win!
vegi-saurus @ Sep 2nd 2008 1:34AM
Ikaruga for the DC.
Sam @ Sep 3rd 2008 7:32PM
Ikaruga, although I just ordered nanostray off amazon so we'll see how I like that
