Skyscraper Battle, does MKWii has DLC or are they just stuff locked in the DVD????

I haven't entered a tournament yet since my router got zapped. My Wii has all my juicy, wonderful channels and games and NO onlininess.
Yeah. Have fun at the Skyscraper. Maybe you'll see my WiFi-less house from up there.
