GC 2008: Castlevania Judgment reserved for 2009, mysterious character appears
The latest Castlevania Judgment screens, fresh from the Leipzig showfloor, feature a new character not previously seen in the title. "Aeon" is probably one of the fighters produced by manga artist Takeshi Obata, who was drafted in by Konami to provide character designs. Alternatively, he could be from the DS's Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia. "Aeon" is not a name we're familiar with from previous instalments of the franchise, and neither Google or the Castlevania Wiki could shed any light on our confusion. Shanoa, the heroine of Order of Ecclesia, is already accessible in Judgment, so we wouldn't rule it out.

I'm not sure if it reminds me of Power Stone or that other fighting game that started with a "D"...

It was a game on the Playstation... All I remember is that it started with a "D" and had the usual stereotypical Japanese-"medieval"-esque fighting-characters (old man, long-blonde-haired girl, young blond-haired boy, etc etc)...
Which isn't a problem. That game was fun... sadly, I'll never remember the name for as long as I live.

That Aeon... You refered Aeon as "he", but looking at the concept art and that I've came across this name only twice and both were wemen meks me think, that "she" is a woman.
I'm just curious about your opinion...

That trailer is really the same trailer as the original, just in German.
