The cost to Brawl just got a lot cheaper
If you've been waiting for a good chance to purchase one of the Wii's best games, know that Super Smash Bros. Brawl has just received a price cut over at Amazon. Instead of the reasonable sum of $49.99 (seriously, the game is jam-packed with content), you can now subtract a cool $10 from the price, which brings the game down to $39.99. We can't imagine why you wouldn't own this game already, but if you don't, then get on it now.

thats a moderate price drop...
does online play still work (dont need to wait 40 minutes)? I need to find a reason to play this again... i really want to, but the tides are turning against me.
... remember the walmart glitch back before game came out... could have had this sucker for 20 bucks! (or was it 30?) oh well...

It's about time. Plus, it's funny because, just like Blast Works, now they just officially dropped the price to what people were already selling it for anyways.

No, online with random people is still borked.

They had it fixed for a while, after the initial uproar after release, when it was completely broken, but now it's just bad
Not utterly broken, like in the beginning, but still bad.
Hope to see some at Game Night, though. Although i also really want to play Mario Kart

I put Brawl in my "maybe someday" mental list, and then Amazon put it on sale for $25.99 a few weeks ago. So obviously I had to pick it up at that price.
Same thing happened to me last week with Battalion Wars 2. So I suppose the moral of the story is if you have a list of "maybe someday" games too, troll Amazon and be prepared to pull the trigger. I'm hoping Kart makes it to this rotation in short order. :)
