I should amend that, though. The other two look really good. Although those flappy things on the sides of Tornado Man's head look kind of goofy.

Personally, I'm not so into what they look like, as much as I'm anxious to get that rush that comes from killing them and stealing their power.
Maybe that's just me, though. :)

Its been already told, there will be 8 bosses as been since megaman 2, one of them being a woman
