Show and Tell: It's never final

This week, to celebrate the release of Final Fantasy IV, we're dedicating Show and Tell to the series as a whole. While FF swag is not nearly as ubiquitous as Zelda gear (at least around here), we did get a few interesting submissions from Final Fantasy fans.

Missed our call, but have some fantastic items you want to show off? No worries -- we'll still take photos of your Cecil cosplay, because that's just how we do it. Don't be shy about sending in your submissions!

Hard game is hard. I've died within the first hour, and been on the brink of death at least 4 times in random battles. This is insane, really. Any tips?

Perhaps if you spent less time regurgitating up 4-chan memes that haven't been funny in centuries on sites where people don't care about them, you'd know the only tip you need to do well in an RPG. If you can't beat it, level up.

Hey, chill out, dude. I made a fair question. I played the GBA port of this game, and I don't remember it being this hard. I just got Rydia in my party, and if I try to go to that cave on top of the Desert right after seeing Rosa in that bed, I get my ass handed to me. The enemies in the desert are not really giving me that much XP either, so I'm just wondering if this game is harder than the GBA version or what.

You really need to take a deep breathe, calm down, and not be so butt-hurt. Also, "Hard game is hard" isn't a meme; the format might be, but not that exact phrase. If you know every 4chan meme by hard because you have no life, and I am indeed wrong in my assumption that "Hard game is hard" isn't a meme, feel free to correct me. Kthxbye.

Dude, you need to chill out and stop blasting the site admin's and other people. The guy above wasn't doing anything but asking for some advice. Oh noes, he used a 4-chan meme. It's not even like he made a pron joke for crying out loud.

Go play some FF and cool off, or in general: just take a chill pill. A blog is NOT worth getting this ticked off over.

I wish I could take a photo of my FFX Moogle, Cactuar, Cait Sith, Puu, FFXI Moogle, and a Caith Sith phone strap and Moogle phone strap... but they're all in boxes. >_

Drats. Now I wish I'd hurried up on that Moogle amigurumi. Unfortunately, my crochet skills suck and it's in chunks of...not good Moogleness :(

Alas, maybe you guys will do something similar when they release an FFVII remake for the DS.

(To any of you saying they won't, SHUT UP AND LET ME DREAM! FFIV Is so freaking good, please, PLEASE let me pretend they'll remake FFVII for me, too.)
