Hell's Kitchen trailer is a total donkey, plus other Nintendo Channel vids

Another Monday means more videos on the Nintendo Channel, and is there anything worth watching? Well, not really. We did appreciate the Hell's Kitchen Info Video, though, if only so that we could mock it. Who knows how the game will actually play, as a Cooking Mama with actual recipes might be kind of fun. (Even if this video doesn't make it look fun.) But what's the point of using the Hell's Kitchen license if Chef Ramsey isn't going to be his total cad self?

They definitely toned down Ramsey's personality for the game, or at least it appears that way from this trailer. Spouting lines like, "Not good so far," and, "I need you to really -- seriously -- up your game," are laughable coming from the chef's mouth. "Don't even touch another thing in this kitchen" is the worst it gets, apparently. Wow, color us scared.

yep, Gordon is definitely toned down. a shame, cause it might have piqued my interest.

The complaints that you guys make aren't *realistic* complaints. This is no different from how Simon Cowell was neutered for the Wii version of American Idol. You've got to go into these type of games expecting that the tirade of insults from mocking, sarcastic celebrities are going to be toned down so that little kids can play the game. And this is coming from someone who doesn't have kids and who I can guarantee you never will have kids.

I never was aware of that. But then again, i'm not an American Idol fan, but i do think Simon Cowell is great! ^^

Tha fact that Gordon Ramsey doesn't swear is a main deal-breaker for me, call it realistic or not, i don't care. It's my personal opinion.

Played the PC version of this game, it's fun for about 2 minutes, then gets repetetive pretty fast.

That must have been a very fun day at the recording studio for Ramsey (assuming it is his real voice in-game).

Suit 1: Chef Ramsey, read your line very slowly this time.

Ramsey: Um, don't touch another ******* thing in this kitchen.

Suit 2: Chef Ramsey, refrain from cussing. This is a WiiWare game. That means only kids under 9 will be playing this game.

Ramsey: This is the most ******* dumb thing I have ever sold my name to.
