Activision dishes out free On Tour skins
All you have to do is head over here. Each of the skins comes in a PDF file, so once you click on it and print it, it should be a snap to cut out and insert into the peripheral.

A bunch of people have taken the initiative to make their own skins on their computer. I don't really care for the official ones, but I made my own Samus one (using fanart)
